Senator Torgerson offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 5, lines 10 - 11: Delete "owner or operator's" Page 5, line 11, following "worth": Insert "of the owner of the relevant underground petroleum storage tank system" Page 7, line 27: Delete "or operator" Insert "of the relevant underground petroleum storage tank" Senator Torgerson moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Without objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
